What is EG’s Return Policy?

At EG Glass Wholesale, we value our customers and strive to provide a smooth purchasing experience. To maintain fairness and efficiency, our refund and return policy is as follows:

Non-Quality Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for non-quality issues, including but not limited to change of mind, unsuitability, or customer error in ordering.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • The product is out of stock after your order has been confirmed.

  • The received quantity or color is incorrect compared to your order.

Shipping Insurance & Damaged Goods

All orders are covered by shipping insurance. If goods are damaged during transit or cannot be received, customers are entitled to a refund.

Simple Return Process

If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please follow these steps:

  1. Take 3–4 clear photos of the item(s).

  2. Provide a brief description of the issue.

  3. Send the photos and details to info@egglasswholesale.com.

Our team will review your request and a representative will contact you within 2–3 business days to resolve the matter.
