The EG Splash Perc Dab Rig (ES2239) is a 9-inch bent-neck oil rig built for concentrate users who care about both function and appearance. Made from high-quality borosilicate glass and weighing around 550 g, it has enough mass to feel solid in the hand while still being easy to handle and display.
At the core is a splash percolator system that breaks vapour through water for effective cooling while helping to keep water away from the mouthpiece. This gives smoother, cleaner hits with less risk of splashback compared with simple single-chamber rigs. The clean lines, bent neck and clear bowl make it suitable as a feature rig on a dab-rig shelf or as a reliable “step-up” SKU in any concentrate line.
Benefits for Your Smoke Shop
- Premium upsell dab rig
Clear performance and design advantages over basic rigs (splash perc, bent neck, heavier build) justify a higher price point and better margin. - Fewer splashback complaints
The splash-focused perc and bent-neck profile reduce the chance of water hitting the user, improving experience and reducing negative feedback. - Strong display and content asset
Clean silhouette and visible perc action make it suitable for front-row cabinet placement, web banners and social-media product shots. - Easy cross-sell opportunities
Works well in bundles with bangers, carb caps, dab tools and cleaning kits. One rig can anchor multiple add-ons in a single sale. - Custom branding potential
EG’s factory can support customised branding and design requests, allowing private-label or semi-exclusive versions for key accounts if needed.
Usage & Care Recommendations
Usage
- Fill with water until the splash perc inlets are just submerged. Too much water increases drag and the chance of moisture reaching the neck; too little reduces cooling.
- Place the rig on a flat, stable surface away from the edge of tables or shelves; 550 g gives decent stability, but a fall will still break glass.
- Match it with a correctly sized nail or banger for the joint; do not force ill-fitting accessories into the ground-glass seat.
- Advise end-users to take steady, controlled pulls rather than very aggressive rips so the splash perc can work properly without overwhelming the chamber.
Care & Maintenance
- After sessions, allow the rig to cool down naturally before cleaning; avoid running very cold water on hot glass to prevent thermal stress.
- For routine cleaning, empty the used water and rinse with warm water to prevent residue build-up.
- For deeper cleaning, use isopropyl alcohol (IPA) with coarse salt or a glass-safe cleaner. Soak, then gently agitate to clear the perc slits and rinse thoroughly until no cleaner remains.
- Use soft brushes or cotton swabs for the perc and neck area; avoid metal tools or very abrasive pads that could scratch or dull the glass.
- For storage and shipping, keep the rig upright in padded packaging (bubble wrap and carton) to reduce the risk of impact damage, especially around the joint and perc.
