Non-Quality Returns
We do not accept returns or refunds for non-quality issues, including but not limited to change of mind, unsuitability, or customer error in ordering.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

The product is out of stock after your order has been confirmed.

The received quantity or color is incorrect compared to your order.
Shipping Insurance & Damaged Goods
All orders are covered by shipping insurance. If goods are damaged during transit or cannot be received, customers are entitled to a refund.
